Daniel Bartok, the president of Clarion, is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career in the homebuilding industry in Phoenix, Arizona in 1982. While in Arizona, Dan was Chief Financial Officer of a homebuilding company that experienced tremendous grown and success – opening 11 subdivisions over an 18 month period. The company grew to be the 9th largest homebuilder in Arizona. While in Arizona, Dan was also involved in the creation and operation of a mortgage company.
Dan has worked with clients which were primarily banks and institutional investment funds. Clarion Realty and its sister company, Clarion Development, were formed in 1988. Since Clarion’s inception, Dan has been involved in real estate development, home building, and consulting with financial institutions. Much of Clarion's focus has been building custom and semi-custom homes in the Chicago area and the development of over 1,000 acres of land.
Since 2000, Dan has been involved in project work outs in the Charlotte area, resolving problem properties. Dan has also been involved with traditional residential real estate brokerage transactions in the Charlotte area.
Daniel Bartok is currently licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Illinois.

Laura Roth joined Clarion in 1995 as a property manager for commercial and residential properties. Since that time, she has been involved in all aspects of Clarion's operations, including marketing, accounting, human resources and project analysis.
Ms. Roth heads up the Aurora, Illinois office, where she currently oversees the Accounting Services division of Clarion Realty. In addition, Laura acts as human resources director for the company, is involved in marketing services, and manages the coporate and licensing functions for the company.
Prior to joining Clairon, Ms. Roth was a Branch Manager for Oak Brook Bank.

Debbie is part of the residential real estate division of Clarion Realty. Shannon Heckman joined Clarion Realty in 2000. Officing from Clarion's headquarters in Aurora, Illinois, she currently manages a variety of projects on behalf of clients, including banks and investment firms. From bank draws, to sales and marketing oversight, to financial services and reporting, Shannon is involved in virtually every aspect of asset management.
Shannon's carreer began in 1994, when she began as an acquisition and development coordinator for a national real eastate sales company. Soon, she became a commercial property manager, where she spent several years managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial buildings.

Born in Italy, Rose grew up in Maryland and moved in the Charlotte Area in 1999. She is a licensed North Carolina Broker and Realtor and a member of the Homebuilders Association.
Rose currently reisdes in the Lake Norman area, and has practiced real estate in the Charlotte area for the past 5 years. Prior to that, she worked in the mortgage banking industry.
Specializing in the first time, entry-level buyer, Rose finds great reward, not only to help them purchase their first home, but to educate them through the process.
Now, with Clarion Realty Inc., Rose works in the University area, specializing in single-level condominium living. She is looking forward in expanding her field of interest in many areas such as general brokerage, on-site Agency and marketing. |
